I made this bread on Sunday, and not only is it the most simple and easy-to-make bread I’ve made so far, it tastes so good! My only modification to the recipe is that I used monk fruit sweetener instead of granulated sugar. The health benefits of monk fruit sweetener greatly outweigh the use of sugar, and I honestly can’t tell the difference in the taste! I used a little bit over a third of a cup.
