Made this last night y’all and it was AMAZING! This recipe is written to be dairy-free by using coconut milk. So much flavor packed in each and every bite! I used the slow cooker method, but the recipe also lists instructions for stovetop and pressure cooker as well. I doubled it, so we had half last night, and the other half goes into the freezer for later! Win-win!!!
