How to Help Someone with Anxiety: The Do’s and Don’ts

I guess you could say one of the few positives that came out of the pandemic (possibly the only positive) is that it seems that workplaces are beginning to put more importance on the mental health of their employees than ever before. These conversations are not as uncomfortable as they once were, mental health is being acknowledged and recognized, and prioritized as much as physical health. This is great news! An unfortunate byproduct of the pandemic is the anxiety that it has stirred up in many of us.
