I had a very traumatic event occur in my life about a year and a half ago. Through weekly trauma therapy sessions, I am learning to slowly shift out of “fight or flight” mode, and transition back to the person I once was - but even better. Stronger, more emphatic, more appreciative, and more patient. I think, after reading this article, acupuncture might be worth trying out.
