Full disclosure - I am NOT a fan of burpees. When I hear that those are coming up in a workout, I definitely cringe. I know that they are very beneficial, but they are just so boring, and hard! This article has some great burpee variations to check out. They may be good replacements, or even additions! I especially like the Reverse Burpee.
