I think when it comes to age, a lot of us are concerned with our wrinkles, hair, and outward appearance. Do we really put a lot of focus on bone health, and strength though? Phosphorus is essential for keeping our bones strong, especially as we age. This is a pretty good list of foods rich in phosphorus, and I consume most of them. I draw the line on sardines though. Just can’t get over the smell! LOL
